I built SplitRight because I kept pulling out my phone at dinner and doing the same mental math every single time — subtotal, tip, divided by however many people, minus the person who "doesn't drink." There had to be a better way.
So I made one. No app store. No sign-up. No tracking you across the internet. Just a tool that does the math and gets out of the way.

How I build
Fast and focused
SplitRight does one thing. It does it well. I'd rather ship something small and useful than something big and complicated.
No surveillance
No accounts. No personal data stored on servers. Your bill stays in your browser. I use GA4 and Clarity to understand how the tool is used — that's it.
Honest about what's missing
Features marked "soon" are actually coming. I don't put fake social proof on pages. I'd rather you trust the tool than be fooled by it.
I reply to emails
Reach out with a bug, a request, or just to say the tool saved you an awkward dinner moment. I actually read them.
